English support please - Vodafone to Telekom

Today, An agent from Telecom came to my apartment and shared that I must switch from Vodafone to Telekom DSL. I filled the form and he told me that an Email will be sent to me and one of his team members will contact me for the exchange details, which should be next year, but I got no email or phone call, and also he didn't explained that this is not a must, so I want to cancel this request and make sure that your representative was legitimate

I think it was the Ranger employees and they told them nonsense.
I don't think they need to change. If you should receive an order confirmation,
you have 14 days to revoke it. You don't need to worry.

Thank you for your reply, thats nice that I can do this indeed, but how can I revoke this, from Telekom office, or can I do this through their website
