Support for Vodafone to Telekom Number Porting

Hi team,
I need support with regards to my prepaid online sim purchase. As part of purchase, I have opted for mobile porting.
Last week got feedback from telekom that vodafone not set the opt-in so they can't issue SIM. However, today i got confirmation from Vodafone that Opt-In is already set.
Can you please help with the next steps. It seems calling customer care is bit of a challenge with limited/no German language skills.
