Porting number from Vodafone contract to Telekom Prepaid failed

Hello, 

I had a Vodafone postpaid contract number from my company which I wanted to move to Telekom Prepaid. 

I went to Telekom shop and gave all details and bought a prepaid sim card also to move the number. 

But the very next day I received this message:

Aktuell können wir Ihre Rufnummer xxxcxxxxxx nicht importieren. 

It seems the person at the Telekom shop missed some detail as my colleague had the exact same issue as well from the same Telekom shop. 

While my colleague could go and get it corrected at the same Telekom shop unfortunately I cannot go as I am abroad.. 

 

In this case is it possible to resolve the issue online as by the time I come back the deadline for porting the number will expire. 

 

Any help will be much appreciated.
