Hello,

I would like to transfer my prepaid number (ending on 901) to another provider and cancel my prepaid agreement. Calling support did not work for me, so I am writing there.

If you would like to take your mobile phone number to another provider, please cancel your prepaid contract.
You can do this by phone.

A note for you:
When termination, please point out that you intend to take the number to another provider.

After receipt of your termination, we will end the prepaid contract with a period of 14 working days. As soon as you have received your notice of termination, you can instruct the number withdrawal from your new provider.

What does the number take?

The number of numbers is free of charge.

Okay, then please contact the support from vodafone directly and ask, what the problem is , @Anton Ereskovskii.

Show them also the table. I am sure, that they know what to do.
