Transfer lyca prepaid number to Telekom prepaid

I would like to transfer my lyca prepaid sim number (With out contract) to Telekom prepaid with out contract.
I currently purchased a Telekom sim from a supermarket and would like to activate it with my lyca number. How should i do it. PLease advise.
I have my Customer identification number from Lyca, Is that enough to peform the port of my number to Telekom.

Every prepaid SIM usage is based on a communication contract with a provider.
I currently purchased a Telekom sim from a supermarket and would like to activate it with my lyca number. How should i do it. PLease advise.
This approach is wrong: The Telekom prepaid package already comes with a phone number - and Telekom unfortunately does not allow to do a porting into a contract that already has a phone numer, no Matter whether prepaid or standard contract.
You should have specified the requested porting while ordering the Telekom SIM - online, by phone or in a Telekom shop.
(It is not possible for blister packages in supermarkets.)

Thanks for the response. So you suggest to order sim online from Telekom and request port option on it.
I tried to order a sim online but after ordering and performing online verification, i do not have any further updates. i do not have any order number also. that is why i purchased a sim from super market.
i will try ordering online again and check it.
or i think i should go to a telekom office and request help for porting.

So you suggest to order sim online from Telekom and request port option on it.
This is ONE possibility.
Good to know: Telekom does not accept "normal" payment for a "prepaid with porting" case, Telekom rather requires "Nachnahme" (so the DHL guy will charge you on delivery, Telekom costs plus special Nachnahme delivery costs)

noted. Which option i should select for the conrtact status with previous provider. Is it already terminated or after termination with opt in date.

I am glad that @muc80337_2 has already given you the right advice.
I suggest that I order the prepaid card including number porting for you.
This way you will not incur any costs for delivery.
This requires a personal telephone call.
When does a call suit you?

I ordered the sim online with port option yesterday. Only verification is pending. Hope everything will be ok. What will be the additional charges?

What all details do I need to get it from Lyca for the number transfer. Only PAC code?

The porting information sheet contains the following details:
Personal Data of the Customer:
Name, address, date of birth, etc., to verify the customer's identity.
Details of the Current Mobile Number:
The mobile number to be ported, and possibly a reference number or customer number with the current provider.
Porting Date:
The desired date for the number to be ported. Usually, the porting can only occur at a specific time during the switch.
Details of the Current Mobile Provider:
The name of the current mobile provider to which the number originally belongs.

lyca raised a ticket for port out and told me to check with telekom how it works. i didnt understand. Can you tell me that only PAC code is required to perform the porting.

you will need to place an order and then click on the Button that says "Rufnummer mitnehmen" (Porting).
However, you said that you already received a SIM card?
A later porting on the SIM card you bought is not possible. You will have to do it in one step.

also there is a number mentioned in the kit received from telekom. Should i use that number to activate the contract first?

I am not sure what you are referring to, a bit more information would help.
Did you get a SIM card via Mail? If the porting is complete, and you received the SIM, you can activate it.

I ordered the prepaid sim with Request to number portability. I requested Port out to Lyca and they started the process waiting completion. Now I received the sim via mail. So how to activate it. So I Need to activate it First and then the number to be ported? The received sim have a number mentioned already. Can you Share a link to a Video which will be helpful.
