(English) When telekom will solve the problem of DSL lines

I want to apply for the Internet. I applied for a new network at the end of September, but when the telekom technician came to my house, he found that there was a problem with my DSL line and the landlord needed to solve it. I reported the problem to the landlord, the landlord said that the matter had been reported to telekom, but he didn't know when it can be fixed. Since the line has not been repaired, I can't even use the network of other companies. I don't know who I should contact to get the information. My room has never been connected. Sometimes I need to work from home. The network is very important to me. I did not find someone from telekom to repair the line. Does anyone know how to fix it?

    Do you have an internet-contract with Telekom or with another Company? If you are a customer of another Company, nobody here is able to help you.

    come on. do you ordered the DSL-Line from Telekom, or Vodafone, or 1&1, or O2, or ....

    Sorry. Telekom. I went to the telekom store today. Now I have to connact with my landlord and wait for one week for fixing lines inside building. Thanks.
