Festnetz internet not connecting

Hello dear community,
Excuse me for the message in English.
I recently got a DSL connection for my house on 02.12., within three days the router isn't responsive.
The green light keeps blinking (see image below) and the router does not start the connection anymore.
I tried every possible step that I could find, but nothing is really helping. I do not have an ethernet cable to check if it is the DSL line that is faulty or the router.
Please send help! Thank you.

First you need an ethernet cable and a direct connection to the router to look for the cause in the router menu.

Good evening @savday and thank you for the nice call. Just give us a hint, right here in the community, when you received the invoice and we will do the refund. Within the next minutes, you should receive the retourelabel for the other router.

Thank you @Sven Ö. for being so helpful and quick, I have received the return label and the defective router will be shipped soon.
I will keep you posted on the invoice when available.
