it takes about 5 to 14 days for the field service to connect your line and for your fiber connection to work.
However, we can only tell you exactly when you make your booking.

Unfoetunately after 3-4 valls to the customer service, it became clear that my address will get the glasfäser only in Dec 2024. In light of this, the connectiob was cancelled. I would rather move to a cheaper connection than staying with telekom as I dont see any value in feeding an organization with such fat and low speed of operations. Many 3rd world countries have a better connectivity at a cheaper price when compared with Germany. Telekom is just another Deutsche Bahn, feeding on tax money, deliverying nothing.
