GF-Ta liefert keine Signal

Hallo, am 04.10.2022 Wechsel von NetCologne zur Telekom Glasfaser. Proble: es kommt keine Signal vom GF-TA zum Router (FritzBox 5590 mit Gpon Modul). 2x Glasfaser Kabel gewechselt: gleiches Ergebnis. Es ist auch am Kabel kein Lichtsignal zu sehen. Techniker hat lt. Telefonsicher Beratung Ticket. Bisher jedoch kein Ergebnis.
