Glasfasermodem installiert, aber nicht aktiviert

Hallo!
Ich habe endlich das Glasfasermodem 2 erhalten und es wie angewiesen installiert, jedoch habe ich nach mehreren Tagen keinen Aktivierungslink erhalten. Das Modem wurde am 19.02.2024 geliefert und installiert.
Ich habe keine Hilfe von der Telekom-Hotline erhalten und es ist wirklich schwierig, jemanden zu finden, der Englisch spricht.
Soll ich einfach weiter warten? Wie lange soll es dauern?
Könnte mir hier bitte jemand helfen?
Ich würde es sehr schätzen.

Hello!
I have finally received the fiber optic modem 2 and installed it as instructed, however after several days I have received no activation link. The modem was delivered and installed on Feb. 19, 2024.
I have received no help from Telekom hotline and it is really difficult to find someone who speaks English.
Do I just keep waiting? How long is it supposed to take?
Could someone here please help me?
I would very much appreciate it.

I double-checked your issue and it seems, that there really is some information missing. I asked the responsible department to solve this as quickly as possible.
