Hausdurchführung Telekom undicht - Wasser strömt im Strahl ein!

Hallo,

die Telekom zeigt wieder das gleiche Schneckentempo wie bei der Bereitstellung des Hausanschlusses.

Die Hausdurchführung ist offensichtlich undicht und nun strömte am  Mittwoch Wasser im dicken Strahl durch den Hausanschluss in unseren Keller!!

Der Anruf bei der Telekom brachte bis heute noch keine Ergebnisse.

Ich habe 12 Stunden die Hauswand freigelegt, gegen nachrutschendes Erdreich gesichert und eine Schmutzwasserpumpe installiert, die das Sickerwasser unterhalb der Rohrdurchführung hält.

Die Telekom möchte in den nächsten 10 Tagen einen Mitarbeiter schicken, der sich das anguckt.

Bis dahin ist der Keller voll, weil ich nicht verhindern kann, dass die Grube an der Hauswand nicht wieder zugeschüttet wird und erneut Wasser eindringt, da die Pumpe im Sand steckt.

Gibt es für so etwas keinen Notdienst?!?!

Auch hat sich noch niemand gemeldet, wer nun eigentlich das Wasser unter meinem Estrich wieder hervorholt!

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
