Have not recieved my fiber activation link email

Hello, I had my internet installed today and was told by the technician that I should recieve an email woth a link to activate my fiber internet, but it has been several hours and still have not recieved and email or an sms with the link.

      Hi @Johnrobles ,

      to get support from the Telekom Team you have to fill out your profile in this community. Only the Telekom Team can see the details and they do need the data to identify and then contact you.
