help with accessing new telekom account
Hi there,
sorry my German is not good enough to navigate this, so I'll ask in English.
I have recently signed up for a home internet connection which started today and I'd like to sign into my new telekom account.
However, I have a pre-existing telekom account that I used a while ago for a prepaid sim with the same email address.
Could someone contact me to help me sign into my new account?
Thanks,
Josh

@Sherlocka
both I guess. My old account was a prepaid mobile contract, the new one is a home internet connection. I can log into my old account just fine, but the new contract doesn't appear in it

It is normal that a mobile connection contract Login is not working for a home internet connection cintract as full login.
You shold have receceived extra post from telekom, in that post are Zugangsdaten. Take that to login (Zugangsnummer insteed of Benutzername, persönliches Kennwort insteed of Passwort). And than you can make a new Email Contract während during you be loged in, and after this your can use the New Email Login (Mailadresse & Passwort) insteed of Zugangsdaten to login.

Hello and welcome to the community, @josh_bones !
Thank you very much for your message. Sherlocka has already provided you with the correct solution.
Please use the login credentials you received from us to register a new customer center account. Once you’ve done that, you can add your mobile contract there.
The internet connection is always the master account, which is why it doesn’t work the other way around.
I hope this helps you move forward!
Do you have any other questions?
Kind regards
Caro
