Help!

Hello everyone!

I'm new here and after technician came, I tried to login into my service in My Magenta app but I need some landline number. Its say I can find it at my last invoice/bill, but as I'm new there is no last invoice/bill. Can anyone here tell me where should I try to get this landline number, I tried also to put telephone number but its also not working.

      Hi @Mario Ivesic 

      You can also find your landline number in the order confirmation.
      You should also first log in to the customer center using the unique access data that you received by mail.
      Link to customer center: https://www.telekom.de/mein-kundencenter 

       

      Only then, after 24 hours, can you log in to the app using your customer center login data and use the service there.

      I already did login to customer center like few days ago, but in order confirmation there is no landline number, there are only auftragsnummer.

      btw. when i login customer center on website it shows me my contract and when i login with same email in My magenta app i doesnt show me contract.

      How did you make your Kundencenter Login? Did you log in with your unique access data for the first time or how did you make your login?

      Due to the fact of using our MeinMagenta:

      How do you log in in the app? Do you use the full access view or do you log in with your phone number, e.g.?

       

      At the beginning, you received an email with all details to your contract. It's an pdf attached to an email.

       

      Moreover:

      Please fill in your data to your profile account. This is helpful for legitimation and a look at the contractual situation.

      I think i didnt use any unique access data, i made new account with an email and added my contract.

      And yes, in Mein Magenta i use full access via this email.

       

      Right now there is a contract in my app but now i have this problem again, it all might be coz of app? 

      I feel like app not working how it suppose.

      I mean actually I dont really need magenta app, i just want it so i can pay bills easly. Fröhlich

      Hey @Mario Ivesic 

       

      thanks for your details.

      The way you did it refers to a usage login and not to a full access login.

      For your first login there need to be used the unique access data that you get via email.

      After this step it is possible to add a login email adress which leads to a full acces login. 

       

      Could you try it this way, please? This will also lead to the point that you are able to see all details due to your bills.
