'Home Internet' or 'zu hause ' is not opening in Main Magenta app

Hello,
I have telekom MagentaZuhause L contract since 1 year. I have also installed Mein Magenta app in my iphone. I am not able to see the 'Broadband' or 'Zuhause' app in the app. It always fails and shows the error attached in the attachment.
Is there any solution for this?
P.S. I have logged out and logged in the app. I have reinstalled the app after deleting it. My profile data is also complete.

Hello @ArunVarma.
Have you also downloaded the MagentaZuhause app separately?
Once you've done that, you'll need to connect to WiFi and allow your location. Then you can add all devices and manage all devices there.
Does it work?
