Also interesting would be a selfie - with respect to the problem of course that would not help, as the other three pics do not help.
But I would like to see the person who does not understand the problem.
I am seriously considering changing the service provider if there is no solution soon
As the problem proven by the pics does not have to do anything with the provider - good luck with a new provider.

Hey @zein,
everything looks fine on the first picture.
The ping on the one picture is of course very high.
But as the tracert shows, the connection is fine.
