I am without internet service please help me.

Hello.
I just speak english and I could not find the english customer service number.
I know there is a glass-fiber expansion around my city. In January I asked via D telekom site to sign a contract for MagentaZuhause L. After some days one person of DTelekom visited my flat and I signed a contract. I was switching from other operator and it took a month so by 28.02 I lost my connection with the old operator. I bought in Amazon the Speedport Smart 4 and I was ready to connect this modem to the internet. But, I am not able to do so. as I require some data like Zugangsnummer, Mitbenutzernummer.
In any case, I have lost the connection of my old operator and I sent an email to the area provider of D-Telekom and the answer was that they need around 12 weeks to make the works in the basement of the building. So what?? Now I don't have internet and I was already notified by email that the first invoice is from 28.02.2022.
Please help me at least to recover the old DSL 16Mbits. It is urgent, for my job I am consuming a lot of cellphone data.

Glass fiber and the DSL that is used bythe Speedport Smart 4 are two totally different servies. Why did your old operator terminate your old contract? Normally you shouldn't do anything and the new operator terminates your old contract in the background when he is ready to support you, so that the transfer of your old phone number and so on works.

This is unacceptable... D telekom is strongly affecting my work plan. Why did D Telekom asked the previous contractor (1&1) to stop providing me the service on 28.02.2022? If the company already knew wont be able to provide me service by 3 weeks until 23 of March. More than 3 weeks without service is not acceptable. If fiber optics is not ready at least, give me access to the DSL connection temporarily. Or give me the chance of cancel the contract. When D telekom wanted to confirm the contract I received a call in english in less than 2 hours but to give me a solution 2 days?
