Hi there, I canceled my contract because I moved abroad. However I am still getting charged.
i provided all the information requested in the moving abroad form that telekom requested.
What more do i need to do to cancel my contract and not get charged?

Hello @astylianou1989 ,
when did you quit (exact date)? The cancellation date may have overlapped with the billing. Then there will be a final calculation. Overpaid amounts will be reimbursed with the final invoice.
Did you get a confirmation of termination?

I received an email with this message:

We take care of your request and you don't need to do anything else. You will receive a reply from us as soon as possible.
We have an e-mail address for contract communication from you?
Then we send the cancellation confirmation by e-mail. Otherwise, it will be delivered to you by post in the next 2-3 working days.
After the termination deadline, you can still access your e-mail inbox for 180 days.
Would you like to keep your e-mail account / telecom login beyond this period? See www. telekom .de / telekom -login-keep for more information.

yes, it is just like @juergen3004 said. You will get the money from August 7th until the end of the month back with the next invoice.
The contract ist already cancelled. But please don't forget to send the Speedport Smart 2 back. This is a rented device and it will be charged further if it is not returned.
I can send you another return note for it by email, if you wish to. The first one was sent to your German address at August 6th and I'm not sure if you got it.

Hi Inga, I asked about sending it back before cancelling the contract and was told by customer service over the phone that I didnt have to send anything.
Pllease can you send me the address details of where I need to post the device? I left Germany on August 1st so any mail sent after that I wouldnt have received.
