I cannot see my festnez contract under my profile therefore cannot return the 5g device that I no longer need

In my old apartment, I have been offered a 5G device to increase the speed, since I moved in 2025 and got a new contract, I dont need it and I want to return it. However, the new contract and the data does not show in the app and the device is not shown so I cannot select it for a return. I am still paying for it and I am not using it at all. 

Can someone help please to resolve the issue?

EDIT: It seems like someone did something so now I can see it.  However, I cannot only select the 

5 G Receiver SE to return, it has to be a package with the speedport. I dont want to return the router just the 5G device, anyway around this?

      @Bassem ELMasry Thank you for your feedback. Good to hear that a part is already sorted out. 

       

      The hardware is a bundle and we can't cancel only a part. My idea: I will send out a new Speedport Smart 4 and you cancel the complete bundle.

      To send back the bundle, please use our returns portal: https://www.telekom.de/hilfe/miete/ There you can order the return slip for the hardware bundle.
