I did not receive my internet router

Hi, good day!

 

the internet technician came last friday and established the internet connection. However, I could not use the internet due to the router being unavailable. How many days would it take for the router to arrive at home? Thank you in advance

    i send a Teaminfo to the Telekom hilft Team  drawing attention for your matter.

     

    They will try to call you by your cell Phone.  But  I dont know how fast.

    You should know they need then the last 6 digits  of your IBAN (from that Bank Account, you will pay every month the bill) for authentificating your person by phone.

    Hi, thanks for the help!

     

    but there is another problem. The phone and other devices would not connect with the wifi device.  Please see attached photo.

    Hi, thanks for the previous help. I had already received my router and already using it and connected with my phone. However there is a problem, other devices would not connect. Is there any configuration with the router that needs to be changed in order for the other devices to connect?

    This is weird @NikkoAngelo89.

    How have you tried to access the router menu? Was it through a LAN-connection WLAN-connection?

    Is the WLAN-functionality turned on, on the router? There should be a button which you need to push to turn it on.

    The LED light will tell you if it's turned on or not. If you need further assistance, please let me know, so I will call you to make sure to solve the issue once and for all.
