I did not received the written confirmation

Sorry for writing this in English, I don't speak German.

 

I order a MagentaZuhause XL at Dec 28th 2021 and I was told I would get a written confirmation as well as receive a router before the technician appointment. As I did not get any of those and the appointment is supposed to be today, I wonder in which state my contract is.
