Which issues are you confronted with?
You get a connection to the internet although?
Connect your PC to the 7430 via LAN-Cable
Open a command line, type ipconfig/all
notice the DHCP-Server
Connect to this DHCP-Server,
hopefully the password on the back of the box works or you got the new password by the seller.
Otherwise try this adress http://169.254.1.1
