CHECK24 router and internet contract

good afternoon, 

i am having quite some trouble with a contract with you ordered via CHECK24. Not only I cannot access my profile with the customer number and/or contract number provided via email by Telekom, but also neither CHECK24 or Telekom have any idea where the router I have ordered (and paid for already) is. CHECK24 says you will take care of it. Telekom employee over chat says they do not see it on my profile. In 3 days the technician will come and I will have to miss a day of work for it, and there is still no router for him to complete the connection and finally have Wi-Fi. Where is my router?
