I would like to move my Telekom home internet.

Hi!

 

I would like to move my Telekom home internet from one address to another, without changing my contract. How can I do this?

 

Of course, I am open to have a call with someone from the Telekom hilft Team, in order to provide all the relevant information.

      You have to request an Umzug according to TKGUmzug mit Telekom Anschluss | Telekom Hilfe (translate with a little help from your friends, Google Translate or DeepL).

       

      Telekom will then check if the same service is possible at your new address. If so, you can book – if not, you will be granted an extraordinary termination.

      i informed the Telekom hilft Team you need help für "Umzug nach TKG ".

      After this somebody normally will call you. I don't know when. It can takes hours or longer.

       They will look, wether "Umzug nach TKG " is possabily or what else.

       

      They will autentificat you in the beginning of your conversation by call: They will ask you for the six last digits of the IBAN from the Bank Account monthley the bill ist payed.
