I have a problem with the My Magenta app, after the last update I can't go or used into the menu anymore, it keeps loading and as a result I get this message: "I am not currently using a Telecom account to identify myself   - Ihr Gerät ist aktuell nicht mit einem Telekom Anschluss verbunden über den wir Sie identifizieren könnten  "
I tried deleting the cache, reinstalling app. Nothing helped.
Please tell me how to fix this?
