Interenet doesn’t work after multiple technical visits

I have just started the contract with Telekom almost two weeks ago but until now I still don’t have a stable connection to use. Three technicians has visited and said they can’t repair right on the visits and will call back for further information but I never recieved a call from any of them. I always had to call the customer service and then they booked another visit then same things just repeated until now. I’m working from home so really need reliable connection. Could anyone tell me what I should do next? Thank you!
