Speedport Smart 3 does not work even after the complaint

Hi,

 

I am a new customer of Telekom since 31st May 2019.

Even after setting up the router after reading the manual, wifi does not work.

On 01-6-2019, I have filed a complaint.Customer service guys told me that on 03-6-2019, they would send a service guy to check

the DSL Connection on my street.

 

On 03-6-2019, I have received a message from Telekom saying that, my complaint has been addressed and now the problem should be solved.So, I tried to restart my router 3-4 times but still cannot connect to my internet.

My ticket-ID is xxx(Sorry, I do not know if I can share my ticket ID here, but I am helpless).

 

Please suggest some way to connect wifi through the router.I still cannot see the green light near the Status  button.

I tried contacting customer service since evening but was n't successful.

    Did the speedport smart 3 get the latest firmware?

    What error message did you get?

    Did you try the dsl Hilfe app on your smartphone?

    What wifi device did you try to connect?

    LAN connect is working fine?

    Welcome @sriharsha48  here in the Telekom help Community, with many other customers as helpers and a part of the staff of telekom hilft team. The main help comes form helpers, we can call teamies (staff of telekom hilft team), if they are needed.

    A wifi problem is normally a privat problem. If only the wifi of the router/modem ist out oder broken, but the dsl-connection ist working, than telekom techniker must be sold from the costumer who called for them. Because this are different things. And techniker will not be send only for wifi.

    And use it in connection with the speedport. Than you should get a simular side like the example in the spoiler. It will look a little bit different, but the most of it will be simular.

    Make from the whole side a screenshot. And make in the screenshot the "Seriennummer" away. It is forbidden to post that seriennummer in the community because of save your data ... .

    Than take the screenshot without seriennummer and post it in an answer here in this thread.

     

    This informations will help us helpers to help you.

     

    P.S. It is not allowed to post in normal textes all personal datas of us. Because it is against the Datenschutzregel. And this Datenschutzregel will save your person in the world wide web. So it is not allowed to post that number, you did there:
