Internet connection problem

Hello.

We recently moved to Germany and got Telekom DSL Internet.

The technician came today to install the internet. He did something outside the house, changed a cable inside the house (the DSL cable) and checked with his tools something then he left and we don't have an internet connection. In the router the "Link" LED is blinking which from what I understand it's because there is no DSL connection.

What is going on?

    For an easy clarification, plse complete
    under Profile Settings (“Profil”) - My Settings (“Meine Einstellungen”)
    your customer no. (“Kundennummer”) and your phone number (“Rückrufnummer”)

    (unless already done).

    This data can be read only by you and the
    Telekom employees.

    So that a direct communication is much easier.

    Request for short entry as soon as your data are stored
