No internet connection

Hello Team, I have problem with my WLAN (Speedport Smart 4 typ B) connection. Speedport.ip is saying everything is fine. But there is no internet connection in phone or laptop. I don’t know how can I solve this issue. Could you please help me? Please find the attached screenshot.
