Internet Issues

My internet was working fine today until it was randomly shut off. I made all payments so there is no reason it would be disconnected. Unfortunately now its after hours on a Saturday and I need internet ASAP. Any advice to contact a hotline or anyone can help?

      Then you should at least provide some details on the devices you are using and describe in more detail what exactly is not working.

      thanks for the nice phone call. We've checked your case together. As I mentioned, I’m unfortunately not able to restore your internet connection over the weekend. To help you out, I added free data to your mobile plan.
