Internet not working, need English speaking help

Internet has been out all day.  I don't know who to call to get it fixed or report the outage as I only speak English.

      Telekom offers special hotline for technical support in english language.

       

      Fixed line network: 0800 33 01080
      Mo. - Fri. 8 am to 8 pm

       

      From foreing countries: +49 180 233 1000

       

      Note: Not sure if its still available; found it in older post from 2016

      Hi,

       

      does the issue still persist? First thing to try before contacting the support is always to restart your router by unplugging the power cable, waiting for 20 seconds or so and then letting it restart by putting the power cord back in. If that does not help, call the English language support hotline mentioned by @Christian Rosinsky .
