Internet not working - Speedport hybrid

Hello!
I setup the speedport hybrid router/modem and had good internet for about a month. Then a few days ago it just stopped working. I've had experience setting up different routers and modems before and went through those procedures to troubleshoot any issues. Now I'm stuck on a page giving me an error that the three phone numbers associated with my account don't work. Has anyone else had this issues before and how did you solve it? Thanks!

@Dunja thank you, that step by step tutorial fixed the issue and internet is working again ;D
