Internet problem

hello can someone help me ? I forgot to topup money so Telekom can take the money automatic from my bank account , i tried to contact someone but nobody speaks english. I have the contract since march and Today i noticed that my internet doesent work anymore. How can i transfer the restant money ? .

I tried to call you, but was obviously not successful. When would be a better timeframe?
