Internet Service Start Status

Hello. My DSL service was supposed to begin on 01.09.2021. The technician on that day said the cable box at the house had some problems and he will call me back in a couple of days. I haven't had success contacting someone by phone yet, so I'm posting here to see if I could get an update on when the internet service can begin.

      Looks like a question that only the support team can anwer. I'll highlight this thread to them, please have a little patience, the team is usually quite busy...
