A Telekom representative recently visited our building regarding a possible fiber optic upgrade.
I would like to ask if it is possible to receive all relevant information by email before making any decision, so I can properly review and understand the offer and contract conditions.
I would like to know:
whether my monthly price would change;
whether a new minimum contract period would begin;
whether additional fees or new hardware would be required;
and the total costs related to the fiber optic connection.
I would also like to clarify that I have not yet agreed to any contract or tariff change.

I will gladly provide you the requested information. Since those require no further information I can answer question 2 and partially 3 right now.
Your contract period would start new, and it is 24 months, and you will either need a fiber modem and a router that can support your desired internet speed, or you can choose a router that has an integrated fiber modem for example the Speedport 7 or the AVM Fritzbox 5590.
