Kündigung wegen Umzug in bestehenden Haushalt (Heilbronn)

Hello, I am moving into my friend's existing household in Heilbronn. They already have active internet. I want to cancel my contract because a second line is not possible, I do not have permission from my friend to have my own internet contract. My customer details are in my profile. How can I submit my Meldebescheinigung to you directly without triggering an automated line migration that might kick my friend offline?"

      Nur wenn umzug mit gleichen Leistungen nicht geht, hast du sonderkündigungsrecht.

      Was liegt bei dir an DSL oder glasfaser und was im neuen Ort.

      Wer versorgt neuen Ort. TELEKOM ?

      Dann evtl Kulanz wegen haushaltzusammen führung.

      No it has only been about 10 months since the start of the contract. I am asking this question because I had planned out the form for Termination of Landline under the special reason "termination due to relocation / household reunification", however I am concerned with the process. I have explicitly stated I do not have permission to have a landline connection from the owner and I am worried if I submit the notification Telekom will try to override the connection that is already there.

      I was not able to reach you by phone, because it is not possible for us to communicate via E-Mail. We need to have a call to verify, that it is your contract.

      If you do not want to talk via phone you can reach us through WhatsApp or Apple Messages. The call would be possible in English, though.

      To say something to your question: It is possible to get a right of special termination according to TKG § 60 (telecommunication law), but that has very specific conditions, like you get a right of special termination if it is physically not possible for us, to provide the technical same line at the new address.

      Concerning household consolidations there is no explicit right of special termination and will be looked at individually, but it is important if you move to a household with a Telekom contract or not.

      I would be available for a call it is just a complicated situation with my phone number being different from the one I use with my data, that is why you could not reach me. Is there a number I could call or is there a way I can reach you directly via whatsapp? If you're available now you can try calling again.
