Kabel-Fehler (e0)

Hello Telekom help center,

 

I am using SPEEDPORT SMART 4 PLUS for my home WI-FI. From the day before yesterday, the internet has not been connected and a yellow blinking light appears in the center of the device. In addition, the display shows the 'Kabel-Fehler(e0)' message.

 

Could you please let me know how I can fix the error to use my Wi-fi again.

      @Tag_2 Hier Kannst Deine Leitung mal Vorprüfen und auch eine Meldung absetzen

      @Chill erst mal, Danke für deine Antwort. Ich habe es bereits mit 'Störungshilfe' versucht, aber es hat nicht funktioniert.

      As discussed, I could see from the photos sent that the fiber optic cable was very bent and probably broke as a result 🙏🏽 This is also indicated by the values in the system. I have now sent you a new fiber optic cable 👍🏽

       

      Give me a short feedback as soon as you have connected the new cable and tested it 🙂 Have a nice weekend.
