keine Internetverbindung (Glasfaser)

Hallo
Ich habe keine Internetverbindung mit meinem Telekom-Glasfaseranschluss. Ich wohne in Marzahn, Berlin. Es ist vor ein paar Stunden passiert. Ich habe mehrmals versucht, das Modem und den Router neu zu starten, aber es hat nicht funktioniert.
Ich habe das Modem Glasfaser Modem 2 und einen TP-Link Router. Die Internetverbindungslampe an meinem Router leuchtet schon seit einigen Stunden rot. Gibt es Hinweise, woran das liegen könnte?

Yes sorry I was in a zoom meeting at that time.
True! the home internet started working again yesterday afternoon and has been working without any issue since then. I wanted to thank you for your amazing support on giving the possibility of using a replacement mobile-modem in the meanwhile and for your kind follow-ups on the issue.
