Hallo alle,
Ich bin ein neuer Kunde. Gestern kam ein Techniker und installierte das Glasfasermodem bei mir zu Hause. Im Moment sollte alles in Ordnung sein, aber ich habe keine Verbindung. Dinge, die ich getan habe:
Mit einem tp-link ac1200 (archer a5) habe ich die hier beschriebenen Schritte befolgt.
Aber kein Erfolg, die Internet-Ampel ist rot. Da ich alles versucht habe, was ich finden konnte und keinen Erfolg hatte, habe ich versucht, meinen PC über ein Ethernet-Kabel direkt mit dem Modem zu verbinden. Ich habe die Verbindung als PPPoE-Verbindung eingerichtet und die gleiche Benutzername-Passwort-Kombination wie zuvor verwendet. Aber es schlug fehl und sagte, es sei ein Fehler mit dem Modem aufgetreten. Aber das Modemlicht ist grün, also sollte es in Ordnung sein? Ich bin mir nicht sicher, wie ich weiter vorgehen oder wie ich dieses Problem lösen soll. Könnt ihr mir helfen?
p.s. Ich bin neu hier und spreche nicht wirklich Deutsch, daher ist dies eine Übersetzung aus dem Englischen. Sorry für die unvermeidlichen Fehler.

To make sure the actual physical connection is working, can you describe the status of the LEDs on the modem? Please also state what is written next to the LEDs as DT uses different models of
routersmodems and "the LED on the left" can the be the power LED on one model and the LINK LED on the next.Also: Telekom requires the PPPoE session to run on VLAN7, is this configured on your router? Here's a FAQ article on the topic on the TP-Link website.

most likly your Router is not configured correctly.
You have to configure VLAN7 on WAN Interface and then PPPPoE on top of the VLAN Interface.
