Magenta One Bild gestört

Hallo,

ich habe heute meinen bisherigen Telekom MR gegen MagentaOne getauscht. Beim Starten ist das Bild rotstichig. Auch nach einem Software Update ist das Bild weiterhin fehlerhaft (nur rot, kein grün oder blau).

Das Kabel zeigt an einem Apple TV keine Fehler.
