MagentaZuhause Schnellstart 2 - Kein Netzwerk

vor 4 Jahren

Hello,

I received a MagentaZuhause Schnellstart 2 today and installed it according to the instructions.

The SIM card has been yesterday activated. But the router only says "Kein Netzwerk" and no Internet access is possible.

Can someone help please?

Kind regards

Rachid Alilou

are you sure the SIM Card has been activated? How do you know?

    @rachid.alilou

i informed the Telekom hilft Team, that you need help.

Maybe the SIM is not actived. Normally the SIM for the Schnellstart Router must be activated, and therefor the personality dates of identity card or passport must be used for that. If some letter of the name oder adress is not written like that of the offical dates, than it can be make the same problem.

Please have the personality dokuments (identity card / passport) near the telefon (telefon with that telefonnumber, you wrote in the Community profile for contacts), if someone of the Telekom hilft Team would call you.

    Hi @rachid.alilou,

would you mind telling me who confirmed the activation of the sim card? As of now I can't find the activated card in our system. Could you check if you got an email from the following address, clearing@lieferstatus.de? Please check the spam folder as well.

    Kind regards
    Sören G.

    Hi @Sören G.

thanks for the quick reply. I received an e-mail on Oct. 6th saying that the Sim card will be activated automatically after reception of the same e-mail. I haven't found any e-mail from the address you mentionned.

Can  you please help me to get it activated?

    Thanks.
