Am moving to new apt and cannot find how to request moving my Telekom internet on their app. And, I do not speak German. My new spot also has the new hi-speed GPS connection.

Can someone contact me to assist with organising a Telekom technician to set up my new Internet? Thank you

      What is that, what do you mean with that?

      To me it sounds a bit like you have possible not ordered a relocation ("Umzug") of your existing contract but rather that you have ordered a new/additional contract, with the result that for the time being you will need to pay for two contracts.
