Technicians failed to install my internet today because my home address is different from the actual address of the connection. I live in a big apartment complex, and all the cables are actually connected to the neighboring address.
The technician told me that I have to change my address. I went to this URL https://www.telekom.de/hilfe/vertrag-rechnung/vertrag/aenderung/adressaenderung to change my address, but I cannot find where I can set a different connection address from my home address.
Can you help me on this?

@aegookja Thank you for the short call. I am sure we can fix it. But one thing: Do you need a second contract for the different address or a movement form your home address to the other address?
