Hello! I need urgent English technical assistance please, my home internet connection was breaking since yesterday and today not working at all. I’ve tried by phone and chat but couldn’t get English assistance. I urgently need my connection for work, please help! I see the blinking orange light, I’ve tried to restart it a few times and nothing worked.

      Some router or a box called "Glasfasermodem 2" ?

      could you check if the fiber cable between your modem and the fiber socket is bent or has a kink in it?
