My Internet Order

Dear Sir or Madam,

 

On 17th August, I have ordered an Internet in my new apartment. 

However, to date, I have not heard any update from you. So, I would like to ask, what is the status of my order?

And, if everything is okay with the order, when can I expect to get the internet installed?

    I have been waiting for a call today, and I have not got any call back.
