My Speedpost Router not working

Hi,

 

my router has been at the reconnecting status dor almost 2 hours. I wanted to check as suggested by Telekom for the Frimware but without being able to connecting to the WLAN, there’s no way for me to check.

 
Would aomeone be able to help me check the issue and get it solved?

      Disconnect  router 10 min from acdc ( Strom)(electricity)
