There is damage to my homes outer wall and needs to be fixed this week. They need to remove the telephone and internet box where it comes into the house. And the cable is not long enough. I cannot get through to anyone for two days of trying in English. They signed me up for a monthly technical service that does not manage this issue. Please help.
