Network can’t be found

Hi. I need your help. We’ve been using our Speedport Smart Router for only a month and suddenly today, I was surprised that all my gadgets can’t detect the network.
i tested the connection thru the Help App and it’s telling me that there is no problem with the Internet Connection but why can’t I connect to my router? I need your help please because I know how to speak Deutsch but not enough to explain to them what is happening.

Is it a Speedport Smart 4? (The black one with a display)
If so, check if the Green WLAN Symbol (Left Button) is on.

You mean wireless network? Have you tried to connect to the router via a LAN cable?
