Neuanschluss funktioniert nicht richtig

Ich habe heute nach meinem Umzug den DSL 250 geschaltet bekommen, was so weit auch funktioniert hat.
Nur erhalte ich nicht annähernd die Leistung, vor allem im Upload miserabel.
Woran kann das liegen, das vor allem, so wenig Upload bei mir ankommt?
