Hello Telekom team,

I have recently ordered a Internet-Zugang VDSL 100 contract. The appointment with the technician is on 07.05.2025. Today, 23.04.2025, I received my Speedport S3 and connect it to the DSL port. I got internet connection immediately after about 30 min of waiting for the device to configure itself. 

I don't know whether I would still need a visit from the technician on the 7th anymore since my internet is up and running now. My previous landlord is also a Telekom customer and use the exact same router, he just recently move out maybe that's why I got internet instantly.

Due to my circumstances, I would like to ask some questions.

Do I still need a visit from the technician? Will there be any inconvenience (disconnect) during this time until the appointment or am I set.?

The download rate I have right now is around 58mbps with 21mbps in upload. This is barely the minimum of the MagentaZuhause L that I got. Is this due to the configure from my previous landlord or is it a router/telekom issue?
